Frequently Asked Questions

  • I need to change my name, address or other personal information on my AEA account. Log in here and select ‘My Profile’ – then be sure to click save when you finish updating.
  • I didn’t receive a registration confirmation letter. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder. If you still have not received, the AEA staff is able to pull this letter and send to you.
  • How do I pay for my registration? AEA accepts credit cards within the registration site. Or if you select bill later, you will receive an invoice and instruction and address for check payment.
  • How do I register other staff members on my team? We ask that each individual registers themselves. First, they will need to create an account and then follow the registration prompts.
  • I registered under the wrong registrant type, how do I fix this? Please be sure to include what registrant type you need to be adjusted to. A team member will follow up with you on next steps to correct this.
  • When is the attendee platform training? AEA will be hosting a training session on November 2 at 3:00 p.m. EDT. Click here to register.
  • When will I receive access to the virtual platform? Attendees will receive access the week of November 1st. All attendees/speakers must be registered through AEA’s registration website before gaining access.

Cancellation Information

Because Eval21 Reimagined sessions will be available for on-demand viewing, only in the case of loss of employment, death in the family or other extenuating circumstances will a refund be issued. To request a refund, you must contact AEA at registration@eval.org with documentation of your reason for cancellation by October 8, 2021. All cancellation requests will be reviewed by AEA, and if approved, will be processed after the Conference. Refunds that are approved will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. After October 8, 2021 all sales are final.

Please note that there are scams designed to solicit your payment information for meeting registration/hotel room reservations via phone. Under no circumstances will AEA initiate contact with you via phone to solicit your registration. All communication regarding registration will be sent via email or regular mail.

Consent Clause

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, AEA meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in recordings, both live and on-demand, photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities by AEA and other third parties, including but not limited the venue, the host city, and the host CVB. Your virtual registration may include technology that monitors your activities throughout the meeting, such as session attendance and virtual booths visited.

AEA Virtual Meeting Code of Conduct

As an Eval21 Reimagined participant, you are agreeing to adhere to the Virtual Meeting Code of Conduct.

You will acknowledge receipt, review and acceptance via the online registration form. Any violation of the Virtual Code of Conduct will result in revoking of your virtual meeting access with no refund. We thank you for respecting your colleagues, peers and clients.
