Conference Registration Fees

The conference registration fees are for the full conference, taking place October 23 - 26, 2024.

Note: Pre-Conference Workshops are NOT included in the full conference registration. You must add these workshops to your full conference registration.

The AEA Evaluation Conference is an important event, providing resources, education, and community to evaluators across the globe. As our community’s needs continue to evolve, so does our event footprint. The 2024 registration prices reflect our organization’s desire to accommodate the needs of our attendees, which include but are not limited to: access to larger venues that better accommodate the magnitude of sessions we offer, access to Wi-Fi to ensure attendees stay connected while away from work and family to attend the conference, expanded support for a more inclusive and accessible conference experience, and our ability to host collaborative opportunities for the global evaluation community.  In comparison, our 2024 registration prices remain consistent, or lower, than other evaluation conferences and events.

AEA will continue to offer scholarships and volunteer opportunities to ensure students, emerging evaluators, and members of the international community have access to the conference as an important professional development resource. AEA will share additional support opportunities in the coming months.

Pre-Conference Development Workshops will take place October 21-23, 2024.

Reminder: The Workshop fees are separate fees for the Pre-Conference Professional Development Workshops.
