The conference mobile app will be available for attendees to download in the fall, closer to the conference. The app will include an up-to-date schedule and program, attendee directory, floor maps, and more. Stay tuned for additional instructions at that time.

Downloading the Mobile App

Search the Apple App Store or Google Play Store for "AEA Events" OR use the links below to download the app.

Please note: Times shown on the app schedule are in ET.

Create an Account 

Create an account to access the full features within the app. Follow these instructions:

• Once the app is downloaded, click on "Evaluation 2024" under the "Upcoming" tab.
• Then, create an account to access the full app. The mobile app is not associated with your AEA account. 
• Once you have created an account, update your profile with your photo, interests, and more! Your account will be visible in the attendee listing to other attendees if you "opt in" via your settings.

Tips for Using the Mobile App

• Create your own schedule! To do so, you can click the star icon to “favorite” the sessions you are interested in within the schedule. If the session has a blue dropdown icon instead of a star, this means there are multiple papers being presented within that session. To favorite a multipaper, click into the session and click on the star icon on the bottom navigation. You can then view favorited sessions under “My Schedule” on the home page.
• Make a connection! You can message attendees by clicking on “View Attendees” on the home page, and clicking on a profile. Depending on a person’s user settings, you can send a message within the app, add connections, send an email, and more.
• View exhibitors! Find out information about our exhibitors and sponsors by clicking on “Exhibitors” on the home page. You can then find booth numbers, contact information, the floor map, and more.
