Fern is the official General Services Contractor for Evaluation 2025. A unique link has been sent out to your company’s primary contact to access the Exhibitor Service Kit.

Exhibitor Registration 


All attendees, including exhibitors, must register for Evaluation 2025. An email with your company’s complimentary codes and instructions to register has been previously sent. If you need the email to be resent, please contact exhibits@eval.org.

Exhibit Hall Schedule

Wednesday, November 12
  • Exhibitor Move-in: 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
  • Exhibit Hall Welcome Reception: 5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Thursday, November 13
  • Exhibit Hall Open: 10:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.
Friday, November 14
  • Exhibit Hall Open: 8:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
  • Exhibit Hall Tear Down: 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Please Note the Following:

  • All exhibits MUST be set by Wednesday, November 12, at 4:00 p.m.
  • Exhibit Hall Tear Down will not begin until Friday, November 14, at 3:00 p.m.
  • If you need additional installation or dismantling time, please contact Fern directly to coordinate
