Virtual Company Listings

The Vendor Hub for Eval21 Reimagined, featuring Virtual Company Listings, will provide new and valuable opportunities for knowledge-sharing, collaboration, and innovation. The Vendor Hub will be housed online via AEA’s Virtual Experience Platform. This robust, user friendly online hub will house company listings, breakout sessions, break room discussions, and more.

We are excited to introduce a new feature this year: Talk Now, designed to enhance the vendor experience. Through Talk Now, vendors will be able to connect with attendees in real time through on-demand 1:1 video calling. Talk Now gives you and your staff the tools to connect with attendees in a personal and individualized setting in real time. 

Take notes, instant message, and hold meaningful conversations all in one place. With multiple channels to build relationships and nurture leads, your staff members are sure to make meaningful connections and lasting impressions.

FAQs for Vendors

How do I register as a vendor?

As an vendor, you are entitled to two (2) Vendor Hub only registrations per package purchased. If you plan to register as Vendor Hub only, please follow the instructions below:
  1. Register (Registration will open in early August)
  2. Fill in the vendor’s First Name, Last Name, and E-mail address. The vendor code* is ______. Click OK.
  3. Continue to fill out the vendor’s information and click Next.
  4. Review the options and press Finish.

*Vendor codes will be provided by email. If you have not received or have lost your vendor code, please contact Everett Lightle at exhibits@eval.org. Vendor codes will not be given to companies unless they are paid in full.

If you plan to attend sessions at Eval21 Reimagined, please register through the regular attendee portal.

How does copmany listing selection work?

With virtual company listings, there's no need to worry about your company's placement. All vendors will be listed in alphabetical order. Take a look at our prospectus for packages and pricing!

If I am a sponsor, what do I need to do?

Sponsors need to provide high resolution files of their logos (.eps and .ai format if possible). If providing AEA with materials, we will contact you with shipping information for those items.

What is the vendor cancellation policy?

Any cancellations or reductions of space must be submitted in writing via email, ATTN: Everett Lightle at exhibits@eval.org. Cancellation requests made by October 8, 2021 will be given a 50% refund. Any cancellations received after that date will not be refunded.
