Conference Registration Fees

Registration Add-Ons

AEA is offering a $20 discount on all memberships for anyone that joins AEA or renews their AEA membership with a virtual conference registration. The prices listed below are for AEA Electronic Membership, but all membership options will be available to choose from during registration.

Cancellation Information

Because all Eval20 Reimagined sessions will be available for on-demand viewing, only in the case of loss of employment, death in the family or other extenuating circumstances will a refund be issued. To request a refund, you must contact AEA at registration@eval.org with documentation of your reason for cancellation by October 9, 2020. All cancellation requests will be reviewed by AEA, and if approved, will be processed after the Conference. Refunds that are approved will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. After October 9, 2020 all sales are final.


Please note that there are scams designed to solicit your payment information for meeting registration/hotel room reservations via phone. Under no circumstances will AEA initiate contact with you via phone to solicit your registration. All communication regarding registration will be sent via email or regular mail.

Consent Clause

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, AEA meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in recordings, both live and on-demand, photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities by AEA and other third parties, including but not limited the venue, the host city, and the host CVB. Your virtual registration may include technology that monitors your activities throughout the meeting, such as session attendance and virtual booths visited.

You will acknowledge receipt, review and acceptance via the online registration form. Any violation of the Virtual Code of Conduct will result in revoking of your virtual meeting access with no refund. We thank you for respecting your colleagues, peers and clients.
