Pre/Post Conference Professional Development Workshop Fees

The workshop fees are separate fees for the Pre- and Post-Conference Professional Development Workshops, taking place Monday, November 11 - Wednesday, November 13, and Saturday afternoon, November 16.

You may add workshops to any full conference registration, or select a Workshops Only registration if you are ONLY attending professional development workshop(s) and will not attend the conference.

Cancellation Information

Refunds less than a $50 fee will be granted for requests received in writing prior to 11:59 PM EDT on October 11, 2019. Email cancellation requests to registration@eval.org. All refunds are processed after the meeting. After October 11, 2019, all sales are final. For Evaluation 2019, international attendees and presenters who encounter complications due to the international travel environment will have up to 30 days after the event to request a refund and submit appropriate documentation. No administrative fee will apply for the international requests.


Please note that there are scams designed to solicit your payment information for meeting registration/hotel room reservations via phone. Under no circumstances will AEA initiate contact with you via phone to solicit your registration. All communication regarding registration will be sent via email or regular mail.
