Evaluation 2018 Registration
Evaluation 2018 registration rates are listed below. Please note, annual e-membership with AEA is $98 and a standard membership is $109, we recommend that non-members consider joining and take advantage of the discounted member rates while receiving member benefits. There are separate fees for the Friday Awards Luncheon and the professional development workshops that precede and follow the conference.

You may also 'Register by Last Name and Email (or Register a Colleague)'. This option requires the person you are registering to have an account in our system. (Please note: Enter the 'Email Address' of the attendee on file with AEA, and enter 'Your Email Address' as the person completing the registration. If you are registering yourself, then enter your email address in all email fields.)

Registration Rates and Options (dates subject to change)
Early Registration: Paid in full on or before Friday, October 5, 2018 at 11:59 pm EDT
Standard Registration: Paid in full on or before Thursday, October 25, 2018 at 11:59 am EDT
Late/Onsite Registration: Paid in full after Thursday, October 25, 2018 at 12:00 am EDT or onsite at the Conference
Conference Registration Fees
The Conference Registration fees are for the full conference, taking place Wednesday, October 31, 2018 - Saturday, November 3, 2018.

Pre/Post Conference Professional Development Workshop Fees
The Workshop fees are separate fees for the Pre and Post Conference Professional Development Workshops, taking place Monday, October 29, 2018 - Wednesday, October 31, 2018, and Saturday afternoon, November 3, 2018.
You may add workshops to any full conference registration, or select a Workshops Only registration if you are ONLY attending professional development workshop(s) and will not attend the conference.

Cancellation Policy: Refunds less a $50 fee will be granted for requests received in writing prior to 11:59 PM EDT Monday, October 8, 2018. Email cancellation requests to firstname.lastname@example.org. All refunds are processed after the meeting. After October 8, 2018, all sales are final. For Evaluation 2018, international attendees and presenters who encounter complications due to the international travel environment will have up to 30 days after the event to request a refund and submit appropriate documentation. No administrative fee will apply for the international requests.
