Session Abstract (150 words):

Complex organizations use data for various purposes, including: Internal and External Evaluation, Marketing, Research, Business Analytics, and Customer Experience initiatives. Such functions have distinct needs that may complement or compete with one another. Has your organization ever wondered how to balance the interests of these different functions while also giving power to the voices of the program beneficiaries and partners? How do internal evaluators use data to maintain the vision of all departments while supporting divergent needs? How do different organizational functions coexist and cooperate to ensure program success and achieve impactful results? Come learn from colleagues who are asking or answering these questions.
