Session Abstract:

This Birds of a Feather session will provide a networking opportunity for evaluators working in health professions education such as medical education, nursing, pharmacy, or dentistry. Although there are several cross-disciplinary approaches and challenges in the evaluation of health professions education, there has traditionally been little corresponding cross-disciplinary collaboration or information sharing. In this session, evaluators from multiple health professions will meet colleagues and discuss common initiatives, goals, and challenges. Through these discussions and potential partnerships, we hope to develop a network of health professions education evaluators to increase evaluation quality, relevance, and use.
