Session Abstract:

Any evaluation or needs assessment may include context data and also may include/consider complexity factors.  Context and complexity can increase the factors that should be considered with outcome data analysis and use.  Prioritization with key stakeholder is a valuable tool for eliminating distracting data, outliers, and context factors that may take away from understanding and using the data.  It also helps to identify key context and complexity factors that help with data interpretation and use. This poster provides guidelines for using a prioritization process and sorting out context factors.  The evaluator offers an outside point of view to point out some of the complexity issues and context that affect understanding and using the evaluation findings.
