After its success in 2016, we are bringing back The Connection Center (AEA’s exhibit area) for Evaluation 2017! This area will provide new and valuable opportunities for knowledge-sharing, collaboration, and innovation. AEA is committed to creating an environment that promotes the goals of the organization. This new exhibit hall format has been designed to foster learning, community, and excitement around evaluation.

Available Meeting Space Time Slots for Ancillary Meetings

*Your meeting may not conflict with show hours or events as indicated on the website.
Gathering at the AEA conference is a great opportunity to network and highlight your organization to Evaluation 2017 attendees. To recover the cost of providing the space, AEA charges $1500 per ancillary meeting for external organizations. To request meeting space, please reach out to Ryan Leach at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All ancillary meeting requests will be reviewed/approved by AEA Show Management. The hotel will not accept any meetings that are not pre-approved by AEA. Upon approval, AEA will connect you with the hotel so you may work directly with a representative on your meeting details.
All costs (food & beverage, audio visual) will vary depending on the meeting needs and will be at the responsibility of the requester. Because there are limited timeslots available, other ancillary events may occur in your chosen timeslots.
AEA reserves the right to review all meeting requests for ancillary meetings participating during AEA 2017. No product displays or demonstrations are permitted in meeting rooms. Activities that conflict with the nature of the AEA conference are not permitted and will not be approved.
All promotion and signage for any ancillary events are the sole responsibility of the requesting organization and not AEA Show Management.
Important Note: AEA Show Management is offering this service to assist in procuring off-hours meeting space for our participants, however, AEA Show Management will not be held responsible for either the logistical or billing arrangements for non-AEA hosted meetings. By booking this meeting, you understand that you are responsible for supplying all needed information to the selected property, and all expenses incurred for your meeting, including but not limited to audiovisual expenses, and food and beverage expenses. Upon review and approval of your request, AEA Show Management will send a confirmation email with your hotel contact.

**Only companies who have paid in full will receive the exhibitor kit.
**AEA is not responsible for any additional cost incurred from shipping or for lost or damaged items.
All sales are final and no refunds will be given for cancellations or reductions 30 days prior to Evaluation 2017.
